Sandwich Plan, $12 per person:  1 BBQ Meat and 1 side from below.  

BBQ Duo, $16 per person: 2 BBQ Meats and 2 sides from below.  

BBQ Trifecta, $20 per person: 3 BBQ Meats and 3 sides from below. 

- Tasty homemade BBQ sauce included with all orders
- Sandwich or sausage buns are $1 extra per person
- Extra side dishes are $2 each per person
- Have children 10 and under? … 50% off on all the above
                  

Our Slow Smoked Meats                                     
Pulled Pork: dry rubbed & hand pulled                                                         
Beef Brisket: dry rubbed & slow smoked for at least 12 hours                      
Italian Sausage: mild and slow smoked                            
Baby Back Ribs (add $3 per person): slow smoked with our special blend of spices

Delivery:  Prices above include delivery within the general Fortuna Foothills area.  We will come to your event location and drop off all the goods, hot and ready to serve in disposable serving pans. Additional costs apply outside of The Foothills area depending on distance. 

Note:  Unless otherwise arranged, we do not provide plates, serving or eating utensils.
